Rob joined Ogletree in 2026 from a leading Irish corporate law firm where he specialised in employment law from qualification.
Rob supports employers with all aspects of employment law in the UK and Northern Ireland, including defending complex tribunal claims and advising on the people aspects of cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He has particular experience in financial services, healthcare and retail sectors.
Alongside his employment practice, Rob regularly advises employers on UK immigration matters including sponsorship, complex visa applications, and right-to-work compliance.
