Justin advises on all aspects of employment law, including redundancy procedures and restructuring issues, the employment law aspects of commercial and corporate transactions, and employment issues which arise in the context of employees working abroad, particularly in Europe.
He has a particular interest in employee competition issues and has significant litigation experience, acting for clients in relation to claims in the Employment Tribunal and High Court.
Justin regularly advises employers, ranging from SMEs to many of the world’s leading companies, on data privacy and data protection compliance in the work place. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He is also member of the firm’s Cross Border and Data Privacy practice groups.
