Justin is an experienced employment and data privacy lawyer. He advises clients across a range of sectors on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters, including redundancy procedures and restructuring issues, the employment law aspects of commercial and corporate transactions and the drafting and enforceability of restrictive covenants. He also has experience acting for clients in the Employment Tribunal and High Court, managing all procedural and substantive steps from commencement to conclusion.

Justin is a member of the firm’s International and Data Privacy practice groups, a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He regularly advises employers on the employment issues connected with the establishment of UK subsidiaries, employment issues which arise in the context of employees working abroad and data privacy and data protection in the workplace.
