Anjuma Mukith is an associate in Ogletree Deakins’ London office, advising employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious workplace matters. She works with multinational clients, including US-headquartered businesses with UK operations.
Anjuma has a particular interest in discrimination law and is a member of the London office’s Diversity Committee. Her work includes:
- Defending Employment Tribunal claims on behalf of employers, including discrimination claims
- Advising on redundancy and restructuring exercises
- Managing employee exits, including the negotiation of settlement agreements
